Mirrors Currently Available for Sale

 

How to buy : Most of my mirrors are built to order but I do have a small stock of pre-modified mirrors available. I also work on custom conversions for specific customers.

Please browse the various mirrors on the web site.  If you have a custom inquiry, you can submit your details on the Inquiry page.  If you are interested in one of the pre-built mirrors below, please click the link which will generate an email.  After confirmation, I will send you a PayPal invoice and arrange shipping.

NOTE: A basic assumption made is that your vehicle has a sunroof.  If it does not or you own a convertible, you may not have a switched 12 volt power source readily available in the map light area.  Please be aware that additional wiring may be necessary in these scenarios.  This situation is not covered in the installation guide.

Installation instructions are based on a W124 chassis.  Not everything may be applicable to your specific vehicle.
 

Mercedes W124/W201 Auto Dim Mirror Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-1


This is the 260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror.  The mounting stalk for both the W124 & W201 are the same.  Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk and replicates the OEM look of the original non-auto dimming mirror.

Compass illumination is amber and dims when the mirror dims.  The compass can not be turned off.

Please specify if your car is left hand drive or right hand drive when ordering.

IMPORTANT:  Homelink only operates on the frequencies of 286-399 MHz (FCC restricts several bands between 322 and 335 MHz).  If your outside of the USA, make sure your garage door/gate system operates within these frequencies.  433 MHz systems are not compatible with these Homelink mirrors.

Mercedes W124/W201 Auto Dim Mirror Only - Model 2M-6

This is the 260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror.  The mounting stalk for both the W124 & W201 are the same.  Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk and replicates the OEM look of the original non-auto dimming mirror.

This mirror is auto dimming only.  No compass or Homelink.

Mercedes W126 Auto Dim Mirror With Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-7

This is the 420SEL/500SEL/560SEL/560SEC mirror.  The mounting stalk is specific for the W126 chassis.  Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk and replicates the OEM look of the original non-auto dimming mirror.

Compass illumination is amber and dims when the mirror dims.  The compass can not be turned off.

Mercedes W123/R107 Auto Dim Mirror Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-8

This is the 200-300CD/560SL mirror.  The mounting stalk is specific for the W123/R107 chassis.  Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk and replicates the OEM look of the original non-auto dimming mirror.

NOTE: The original R107 mirror is shorter and thicker then this new design.  Since I have not personally tested this mirror in a R107, I can not comment on any visibility issues.  Other R107 customers have not reported any restrictions with visibility.  Some customers have reported a lack of switched 12 volt power in the map light area and other customers have reported their map lights operate on switched 12 volt power.  I can not confirm any of this, so you should test for a switched 12 volt power source or be prepared to run additional wiring to your fuse box.

Homelink Lighting Package - Model 2M-Homelink

This Homelink lighting package allow you to use your extra Homelink mirror buttons to control lights (or other items) inside your home or garage.  The kit includes a master on/off control panel, a vehicle interface and a lamp module.  The lamp module is a two prong plug (not three) so it is suitable for most lights/appliances with small power requirements.  This kit is not suitable for high wattage halogen or fluorescent lights.
